Don’t create with a goal.
Set your intention clear before you step into creating. (Notice- Intention is different from goal.)
Start with 100% presence - and show up with 100% effort in the process
See what resists, what distractions in your head, what thoughts come to you?
Resist the temptation to give up- to react to your judgemental thoughts- Finish your session till the end.
Write something nice about the work - even if you don’t see it went up to your expectation.
Commit to this for the next 30 days - Do it everyday!
The goal is to have no goal — only presence.

This is your formula now too- each time you step into your studio. Think of this:
Attitude- Have a winner attitude. If you start with defeat the result will more likely be defeat- if you start with progress than your results will most likely surprise you.
Method- No judgement- transform your perception of your own work into success- next time you will work on a new project - your expectation to be a successful one will lead you to success.
Love- The second you fall into comparison, jealousy, judgement - go back to love- even if you have to fake it for a few days - or a year- don’t give up.
Studio Progress- See the work from behind the scenes as a preparation towards towards your dream goal. Every single time you showed up even when the brain said no, temptations to distractions were calling you out, avoidance, postponing the work- but you showed up anyway- that is the real growth.
